About The Position Our gaming team plays an important role in our Club operations. Wests provides members and guests with a wide range of promotional events and activities for our gaming patrons. Our Bar and Gaming operations offer quality service in both indoor and outdoor spaces, including designated smoking areas. We have a part-time opportunity at our Mayfield site for a Promotions Attendant to join our friendly and experienced team. Main duties include: Hosting Bingo, Housie, Hoi, and Raffles Providing friendly customer service Ensuring compliance with Club and Government regulations Setting up and packing down promotions and gaming activities Conducting and facilitating gaming promotions and games Cross-selling promotions and activities This position requires availability Monday to Thursday and Sundays, with flexibility to work on Fridays and Saturdays when needed. About You You bring energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for delivering high-quality, unique experiences that enhance entertainment for our members and guests. You are confident hosting events and speaking in front of large groups. Previous experience in similar or promotional roles is highly regarded but not essential. Working nights and weekends suits your work/life balance. You enjoy working in large team environments and with people. Certifications Required RSA and RCG certifications are required.
