Job Description About the role Our Telwater team is currently looking for Production Labourers to join the team. We are seeking hardworking, reliable candidates to work as machine operators, production labourers, and trades assistants within our boat manufacturing factory in Coomera. These are full-time, permanent roles working Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm (40 hours/week). Desired Skills and Experience What we are looking for: Willingness to learn. All training will be provided. Reliability with excellent attendance. Forklift ticket an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn how to efficiently process components for boat manufacturing. Experience operating machinery, power tools, and hand tools. Lifting, handling, and folding sheet metal. Full Australian working rights. Attention to detail and pride in work quality. Willingness to develop skills within our boat building operations.
