(Availability for full-time training, Monday to Friday, for 5 weeks is essential)A few of your responsibilities:Deal table games with proficiency and accuracyMaintain a high level of confidentiality and game awareness to protect the integrity of the game and the playersPromptly report any potential breaches of game securityEnsure that the assigned games are fully always equipped and functionalMaintain thorough knowledge of gaming rewards program and other property promotionsWhat we are looking for:Outstanding customer service and communication skillsProficiency in maths, ability to tackle mathematic problems without a calculatorAttention to detail & high level of concentrationFlexible availability to work across a 24 hour/7 day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidaysfollowing trainingEligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)About you:As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
