This is a hands-on role where youll gain valuable industry knowledge and grow within a supportive team environment.Key responsibilitiesMonitor and manage parts inventory, ensuring stock levels meet customer demands.Pick and pack customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.Assist customers with spare parts inquiries.Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.Ensure the correct allocation of stock.Assist workshop mechanics with spare part inquiries.Place daily and urgent orders.Collaborate closely with team members, including sales, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.About youA positive attitude and willingness to learn.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Valid Working Rights to work in Australia.Valid Drivers Licence.Forklift licence or willing to obtain one.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.About usEstablished in 1978, the Northeast Auto Group is a national award-winning automotive retail and service organization employing 600 people across South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, and Northern Territory.We deliver a complete customer experience through multiple business units to provide the highest quality of service and innovative solutions.
