The role also provides support across the HR Branch with updating the HR Website and ensuring HR communication is cascaded to stakeholders.To be successful you will need:High level of proactive and friendly customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationExperience managing customer expectationsPrevious experience using a Human Resources Information System is desirablePrevious experience working in a call centre/helpdesk environment is desirableDemonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.The path to Adelaide UniversityWe are on an exciting path to Adelaide University as we prepare to open our doors in January 2026.
