The position can work part-time or fulltime with planning time flexible.The Early Childhood Teacher will take up the nominated supervisor role and work closely with existing staff to provide high quality early childhood education and care to children.You will oversee service operations to maintain compliance and quality and to provide leadership to a passionate and professional team to ensure the provision of quality early childhood programs.You will also ensure we provide an environment that reflects a safe, inclusive, responsive and supportive program where the interests and needs of children are the foundation for the creation of the educational programs.Strong leadership, knowledge of contemporary early childhood practice, provision of high-quality programs, and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.Whats on offerOngoing part-time or fulltime position, allowing flexibility of planning hours. Casual work across our other services is also available.In addition to base hourly rate and superannuation, youll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used on rent, mortgage repayments, or living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.About YouFor this role, you will bring:Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent as approved by the Australian Childrens Education and Care Quality Authority ACECQA).First aid training as prescribed in the Education and Care Services National Regulations, including first aid, anaphylaxis management and emergency asthma management.Extensive experience in a Kindergarten and/or other early childhood service providing high quality care and education services for children.Extensive experience in a leadership role in a Kindergarten and/other early childhood setting.View the full position description here .How to applyClick APPLY to submit your interest and well be in touch shortly.
