The Cafe Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach to managing a fast-paced caf environment, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace standards. The role reports to the Catering Operations Manager and is responsible for meeting operational KPIs, organisation of the Cafe team roster as well as coordinating and supervising the setup, operation and close-down of catering areas during functions and events.Working alongside our anchor tenants such as Joondalup Wolves, West Perth Falcons FC, Joondalup Netball Association, Joondalup Lakers Hockey Club. Events include Wildlands Music Festival, school graduations and cultural events. This is a full time, permanent opportunity which requires weekend and evening work where 20% shift loading will apply.
