Family Support & Inclusion Officer | BendigoWe are on the lookout for passionate family support & inclusion officers to join our Bendigo teams in this newly created role. We place a great focus on family and community engagement as we aim to inspire a love of learning in everyone.The opportunityThe Family Support and Inclusion Officer is a key role at Aspire Early Education, responsible for supporting families through the orientation process, assisting with the settling of children into their learning environments, and providing guidance for families managing behavioural concerns.This role involves initiating difficult conversations with families, connecting them with community resources, and guiding them through government funding processes. Working closely with Centre Leadership Teams, Room Leaders, and families to ensures the best outcomes for childrens wellbeing and development. You will be working Part-time 25 hours per week across five days per week.
