Full Time Role with Market Leading Tank ManufacturerWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Hazelmere, Perth.The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team in Hazelmere, Perth. This role involves providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email, converting inbound sales inquiries and leads into orders.As a key member of our Sales Team, you will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for:Assisting Sales Coordinators with sales inquiriesManaging customer escalation processes effectivelyAssisting new and existing customers with processing orders, creating quotes, and following up with issued documentation in a timely mannerHelping customers select the best product to suit their needsManaging email, phone, and social media inquiries from new, existing, and potential customersEntering complex sales orders into the CRM database accuratelyBecoming a subject matter expert for rural water storage solutionsProviding administrative support to the Rural Sales teamLiaising with the Finance team to process orders, payments, and rectify discrepanciesLiaising with the Installations team to process additional fittings and items in existing ordersTo be successful in this role, you will have:Sales experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or related industryTertiary qualification in administration, business, or sales, or equivalent industry experienceA strong understanding of Customer Service proceduresExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsExcellent relationship-building skills for internal collaboration and external customer managementExperience using a CRM, e.g., Microsoft NAVisionInitiative, independent thinking, problem-solving, and consultation skills, with the ability to develop a positive, accountable, and customer service-focused cultureExceptional interpersonal and people management skillsAbout UsKingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited is a market leader in water storage, rainwater harvesting, and wastewater treatment solutions.
