These services are provided in hospital, community-based settings and in peoples homes.The RoleCaulfield Community Health Service is seeking a highly motivated Allied Health Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team and provide support for our Healthy Living Programs - physical, aquatic and online exercise activity programs for our local community.
