The opportunity to grow and build new relationships in a friendly environment makes it fulfilling and exciting to come to work each dayOur Values - we live by these:PositiveLoyalTeam PlayerHumbleMotivatedJob role:ICT Support and Helpdesk Services:Monitor and manage the ICT helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of support tickets.Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and system access issues.Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff by managing user accounts, devices, and access permissions.Maintain the ICT support task list and prioritise tasks in collaboration with the ICT team.System and Network Support:Assist in routine system checks and monitoring to ensure availability and performance.Support system updates, patches, and software installations under the guidance of the ICT Manager.Maintain accurate documentation of network, hardware, and software assets.Asset and User Management:Update and maintain the ICT asset register, tracking all hardware and software inventory.Support the ICT team in managing the asset replacement plan and procurement processes.Assist in maintaining a centralised user roles and permissions database.Project and Systems Support:Provide administrative and technical assistance for ICT projects and system improvements.Support the rollout of new systems or upgrades by assisting with testing, documentation, and user training coordination.Assist with gathering user feedback and liaising with business stakeholders to ensure ICT solutions align with operational needs.Compliance and Security:Follow security protocols and support the implementation of ICT security measures.Assist with the documentation of ICT procedures, policies, and risk registers.Maintain confidentiality of company and user information, adhering to ICT security and data protection standards.About you:1-2 years of experience of providing ICT support at a medium / large organisation experiencing significant growth and technology transformation.Assistance in procurement of IT hardware, software and services, including vendor relationships and contract performance.Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery.Understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 eco systems along with cloud-based IT infrastructure.Knowledge of Active Directory administration and group policy automation to ensure alignment with future security initiatives.Ability to develop standard operating procedures and support effective user training initiatives.Strong communication, organisational and documentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
