This position will actively contribute to the development and implementation of music programming and assessment for each year level, working collaboratively with the Head of Junior School Music.Teaching staff at St Peters College are a critical component in achieving the Schools Vision, Values and Strategic Plan. By operating with the highest standards of integrity, professionalism and diligence they will ensure that a highly supportive and collaborative culture is promoted across the School. A teacher who creates a positive learning environment, that nurtures and fulfils the potential of all students, will enable all learners to strive and achieve their best.This is a fixed-term, full-time (1.0 FTE) contract to begin at the commencement of the 2026 school year, with the opportunity for permanency in 2027.Have a willingness to support the Schools values and Anglican ethos.Hold relevant teaching qualifications.Have experience in primary classroom teaching.Have a sound knowledge of current primary educational theory and curriculum.Plan and implement an engaging and vibrant teaching and learning program.Have a South Australian Teachers Registration and Working with Children Check.Provide evidence of completed training in Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care, and First Aid.Why work for usSt Peter''s College offers a welcoming learning community connected by a shared vision and values.
