Thats why were creating a workplace and culture where you can truly thrive.Your impact, with usAs our highly valued Medical Receptionist, youll use your skills and expertise to provide quality care to patients with a wide range of heart and cardiovascular conditions.This is a permanent part-time role, working 3 days per week, based across our North of the River clinics. You are responsible and accountable for providing and achieving a high quality, accurate and efficient reception and administrative service to the practice and its patients.Youll make a meaningful impact by:Ensuring an absolute commitment to the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and customer with consideration to achieving quality and productivity targets as set by the business.Daily operational management of the front desk which includes but is not limited to general reception and administrative services for the clinic including answering phones, making and managing patient appointmentsEffective diary management incorporating consultation and testing appointments in line with utilisation targets, key performance indicators and administrative protocols for appointments, testing and hospitals admissionsAttention to detail and pride in delivering consistently accurate work with aptitude and integrityThere may be an opportunity to provide some help with tech work e.g. ECGs, holter monitors etcWhat youll bringTo succeed in this role, you will have:Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for allProven track record of effectively working both independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goalsStrong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Access and the capacity to quickly adapt to medical software systemsExceptional organisation and communication skills, enabling efficient teamwork within an administrative support settingOutstanding phone manner and adeptness in handling various patient inquiries, reflecting a high standard of professionalism and attentiveness.Ability to travel to all of our clinics when required (drivers licence/motor vehicle would be an advantage).We would also love you to have:A mindset of collaboration and continual learning.
