This is a permanent position in our sugar processing factory, requiring shift work during the crushing season, including weekends and overtime; and day work only during the maintenance period.The Assistant Pan Boiler is responsible for producing low-grade sugar by monitoring and controlling batch/continuous pans, assessing crystal size and massecuite quality, and making adjustments to ensure sugar quality standards are met.Ideal CandidateSugar processing experienceWorking at HeightsConfined SpaceMaintenance skills, including trade qualifications, Rigger, Dogger, and Scaffolder High Risk Work Licences (highly desirable)If you lack some experience but have a keen attitude and willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
