These roles work alongside the clinical staff but primarily look after training and wellbeing activities, as part of an integrated model of care, in which lifeskills and job-readiness are acknowledged as important outcomes of an individuals recovery journey.As Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and overseeing training programmes, workshops and practical activities across a range of trade and technical areas including carpentry, metalwork and mechanics, all supported by the facilitys on-site workshops and equipment.
