You will support the management team in driving sales, operational excellence, and play an integral part in the stores success.The Role & Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service in store with premium productsWork as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targetsProcess large volumes of stock efficientlyPick and pack click-and-dispatch ordersAssist in maintaining in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaningMaintain a positive, can-do attitude at all times to serve our customers effectivelyTo be successful in this role, you will bring:A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experienceThe ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environmentSelf-motivation and willingness to meet/exceed sales targetsAbility to listen and use feedback constructivelyFull availability for late-night trade and weekendsAbout Glue Store:Glue Store is the original House of Brands premium retailer.
