Successfulapplicants will be employed on a casual day-to-day basis, rostered betweenMonday to Sunday, primarily between the hours of 9.00am and 8.00pmYour responsibilities will include, but not belimited to:Taking a proactive approach to customer service,actively engaging with library users throughout the facility to ensure everyvisitor receives an exceptional experience. Drawing on your knowledge of ourservices, collections, and programs, you will provide consistent, high-qualityassistance that meets diverse customer needs.Helping customers locate and access informationresources, offering expert guidance and recommendations while connecting themwith specialist staff or alternative sources when appropriate.
