We are an established salon based in Mermaid Beach, requiring an exceptional Salon Receptionist/Customer Service expert. The Loft is renowned for its welcoming vibe, exceptional customer focus, and fashion-forward colour and styling. About the role The Loft is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who is fashion-forward and welcoming to be the face and first point of contact for our new salon. Duties Responding to enquiries, appointment changes, and requests via phone, email, Google, and social media. Coordinating our appointment book. Supporting our Stylists through a seamless guest experience. Meeting KPIs. Stock control. Hours Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday | 9:00 AM 2:00 PM Initial hours with the possibility of extension as the role develops and the salon grows. The perfect candidate Wants to excel in their position. Wants to be part of a strong team. Fashion-forward with a friendly and approachable attitude. Salon experience preferred but not essential.
