Youll manage day-to-day front desk operations and support the service, sales, spare parts, and admin teams, while also assisting with basic accounting, filing, and banking tasks. Please note: This role includes Saturday morning shifts on a regular or rotating basis.Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and customers Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a personable manner Maintain clean, presentable front-of-house and reception areas Ensure waiting customers are comfortable and well-attended Offer and prepare tea and coffee for waiting guests Keep the customer lounge tidy, stocked, and welcoming Assist the sales, service, and spare parts teams with basic admin and coordination Perform general filing, banking, and entry-level accounting tasks Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies Provide general administrative support across the dealershipWhat Youll Bring Previous experience in reception, customer service or administration A professional, neat, and tidy appearance Neat and legible handwriting for notes and internal forms A vibrant, confident, and personable phone manner Excellent time management, multitasking, and organisational skills Strong communication and a positive, team-first attitude Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Experience with basic office or cash handling systems is helpful Automotive experience (especially with GWM, KGM, or NISSAN) is a bonus, not essentialWhy Join Us?
