We produce multiple brands including Regent, Snowy River and NewGen caravans.The RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our ever-growing team based in Melbournes Northern Suburbs - Somerton. In the role, you will be thoroughly trained on a variety of tasks to be performed throughout the caravan assembly process to our standards.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking collaboratively within a team environmentFollowing standard operating procedures and achieve cycle timesAlways follow Health and Safety Policies and ProceduresCollaborating with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficiency and productivity of operations, escalation matters which may create risk or quality issuesMonitoring own work with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements to minimise Snowy River''s risk exposure and liabilitiesAbility to use hand and power tools to complete caravan assembly and accessory fit offPhysically fit and able to work on your feet all shiftYou Will Be Rewarded WithStarting salary entry level $24.50 - $29 per hour depending on experience + superStandard work hours 6.30am 3pm Monday to Friday plus regular overtimePermanent work with on-the-job training from A-ZScheduled RDO programMonthly BBQ, Employee of the MonthDiverse and friendly working environment where you will be treated with dignity, courtesy and respectFree on-site parkingReady to join us?
