This advice seeks to inform them on matters relating to the strategy and/or planning to deliver future infrastructure, facilities and property-based solutions.PP&F also continually test the viability of leased properties against:Workforce planning advice.Directions from the Executive.Announcements from Government.Principles and objectives of the AFPs Strategic Property Plan.Market best practices and data.Outcomes enable PP&F to know the future suitability of properties across the AFPs diverse Property Portfolio.In response, PP&F develop funded strategies to ensure the Property Portfolio is every evolving to ensure it maintains its principal role of, supporting the delivery of law enforcement capabilities/operations and accommodating the AFPs skilled workforce and assets.PP&F deliver a primary advisory function in the AFP, through the provision of corporate knowledge and industry advice to inform property and accommodation solutions. PP&F charter of services are wide ranging.What will you do?Reporting to the Band 7 Team Leader Property Leasing & Engagement Team, the team member will work as part of a small and cohesive team.
