This is underpinned by the values of Respect, Perseverance, Resilience and Compassion and the beliefs that every child matters every day, all children can be high achievers and students develop self-esteem and self-worth through social development and academic achievement.Find out more about our school by visiting Calista Primary School or Schools Online .The RoleThe successful applicant will be required to work from 7.30am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday every second week.As part of a team, the Canteen Attendant''s role is to prepare meals, serve the patrons of the canteen and ensure that a high standard of catering, health, safety and hygiene is maintained. The successful applicant will undertake food and stock control, including ordering and stock rotation. Other requirements of the role are maintaining a clean canteen, including preparation areas, fridges, freezers and cupboards as well as clearing waste to appropriate areas and ensuring that equipment and utensils are cleaned to appropriate standards. The successful applicant will be required to complete a food safety course online.We are seeking an individual who can ideally work well under pressure and provide good customer service.
