We currently have one permanent positions available for immediate start!There is plenty of variety in the role with a range of tasks relating to grain receival, transfer and export onto bulk vessels. This is a physical role which will involve manual handling tasks and site hygiene. The role will be on a 10/4 roster. Accommodation is provided.Main Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of the grain receiving teamOversee the receiving of inbound grain shipments, ensuring accurate recording and segregation.Operate and maintain receiving equipment. Including Mobile plant equipment and all site assets.Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control and storage, to ensure smooth operations.Assist the Maintenance team across at sitesEnforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.To be successful in this role, you will possess:High level of interpersonal skills, including assertiveness, communication, and time management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Ability to work independently and to carry out tasks to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.High level of organisation and be able to manage multiple priorities.Essential Criteria:Experience in a warehouse or grain handling environment.Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment.Valid Western Australian C class drivers licenseBe able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol ScreeningIf you meet the above requirement and are interested in joining an industry leader, please submit your application #J-18808-Ljbffr
