Essential to sustaining natural supports is that Rehabilitation and Recovery Workers work not just with individuals, but also with families and communities.Rehabilitation and Recovery Workers walk alongside participants, supporting participants to identify their hopes, aspirations and goals, and work together to develop recovery plans that help participants achieve their goals.
