Through positive behaviour strategies and collaboration, we support NDIS participants to gain control, independence and to make positive lifestyle changes.Reporting to our General Manager, you will support and mentor a small team of Team Leaders & Behaviour Support Practitioners to ensure a quality service is delivered to NDIS participants in accordance with their individual NDIS plan. If you have completed a degree qualification (or higher) in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or similar, and you are endorsed as a ProficientPractitioner, then this could be the role for you!Other key duties will include:Guiding and coaching behaviour support practitioners and reviewing positive behaviour support plansEncouraging a team-oriented approach to evaluation of service deliveryMonitoring your teams'' goals and objectives throughout the year and participating in annual performance reviewsWorking closely with the team to meet output targets whilst ensuring best practice and excellent stakeholder relationshipsDeveloping partnerships with service providers, community agencies andgovernment bodies to get the best outcome for our participantsProviding professional information and advice to people with disability, families, staff and managers regarding evidence-based approaches to reduce the impact of challenging behaviourWho we are:Brilliant Life Services is a registered NDIS Provider with extensive experience in the field of Disability and specialist support.
