If you are looking for your next challenge and would like to develop with our business, then we would love to hear from you.To learn more about ProviCo Australia visit the website (www.provico.com.au)About the RoleReporting to the Quality Manager, the Analytical Technician will: Develop and implement analytical methods to support the BioNutrients program Play a hands-on role in supporting the production and quality of high-value dairy ingredients Contribute to continuous improvement, product quality, and analytical precision Collaborate across production, R&D, and quality teams in a fast-paced commercial environmentKey Responsibilities Develop and validate analytical methods (e.g., protein concentration, purity) Conduct routine and non-routine testing of dairy-based products and ingredients Ensure analytical accuracy, repeatability, and reliability in test results Calibrate and maintain testing equipment Maintain accurate records and data integrity in line with QA and regulatory standards Troubleshoot product and process issues alongside cross-functional teamsAbout YouYou are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building expertise in analytical science within the dairy industry. You are keen to take ownership of your work while learning from a supportive and experienced team.You will bring: A degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field Hands-on experience in analytical testing within food, dairy, or pharmaceutical industries Knowledge of lab techniques and instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, AKTA, FOSS Scans) A proactive, inquisitive mindset and willingness to translate lab insights into operations Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively High attention to detail, documentation, and data accuracy Sound computer literacy, especially with MS Excel, SharePoint, data reporting Familiarity with quality systems (HACCP, GMP,ISO17025,BRC) highly regarded #J-18808-Ljbffr
