We drive change as an opportunity for us to innovate and transform our business and to achieve beyond what we think is possible.Operating a 4 x 10-hour day roster in the Burleigh Heads Bakery there are a variety of work patterns, with shift penalties, weekend rates and overtime opportunities enhancing the weekly earning potential.About the opportunity:We are currently looking forentry level or experiencedProcess Operators/Intermediate and Qualified Bakersto join ourGold Coast, Burleigh Heads site. The Process Operator/Baker will be required ensure production targets are met, ensure all compliance procedures are followed and to ensure all health and safety processes are followed while carrying out a variety of tasks in the processing areas.Opportunities currently exist for:Morning/Afternoon/Evening shiftsFull time - 4 x 10 hour shifts per weekPart time - 3 x 10 hour shifts per weekYou will be responsible for:Full compliance of company rulesOperations of machinery and equipment as per safe operating proceduresEffectively move between departments to assistAchieve OEE and Waste on targetActive involvement in, and attendance at departmental meetingsComplete Quality Assurance and Food safety Induction and Competency quality assessment.
