Completed in 2016, this lakefront community comprises of 126 luxury residences surrounded by water and parkland. With an unrivalled and irreplaceable CBD location, this resort has direct golf buggy access to the Emerald Lakes Town Centre, 18-hole championship golf course, medical facilites and stylish caf and restaurant hub.About the RoleProvide live on site and after hours, emergency contact and assistance to residents. Experience in permanent resident facility management. The core working hours and duties of this role are performed Monday Friday 7am 3.00pm, with afterhours and weekend occasional responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesAssist with all operational aspects and security associated with the communityProviding a high level of customer service to all residentsCoordinate the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building and financial resourcesCarry out routine inspections to ensure safety of all residentsEnsuring the community grounds and gardens are presented to a high standardGeneral gardening duties, experience with swimming management preferredCoordination and engagement of external trades and contractorsWork closely with the Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a prestigious Lifestyle Community Living EnvironmentAbout YouExperience permanent resident facility management while living on siteThis is a hands-on position, so you are required to be physically fit for the demands of the roleA demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working autonomously to operational requirementsTakes pride in your work and wants to deliver a consistent presentation in a high-end Land Lease CommunitySecurity of working for an ASX listed organisation.Varied and unique roleChallenging and rewarding careerIf you wish to join a successful team in a growing company, please apply and submit your resume.Please note that to be considered for this role you must be able to work in Australia and be residing in Australia at the time of application.
