In this role, you will work in our production and slicing areas, ensuring our production targets and compliance processes are met. With a core focus on health & safety culture, this role will also require you to follow health and safety procedures while carrying out various tasks in the production and slicing areas.Opportunities currently exist for:Shift one:Sunday - 3.00am-3.00pmMonday - 3.00am-3.00pmTuesday - 3.00am-3.00pmShift two:Thursday - 3.00am-3.00pmFriday - 3.00am-3.00pmSaturday - 3.00am - 8:30amResponsibilities include:Operating machinery and equipment according to safe operating proceduresExecuting start-up procedures, machine/equipment setups, operational processes, and cleaning correctlyReporting and recording all Food Safety and Quality incidents within specified timeframesCompleting Quality Assurance and Food Safety Induction and Competency assessments, and attending relevant trainingAchieving AERR and Waste targetsParticipating in weekly and monthly departmental meetingsRequirements for success:Effective verbal and written communication skillsPracticing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and health and safety standardsQuality awarenessPrevious experience in the food industry or machine operation/process work is desirableWhat we offer:At Goodman Fielder, working across our sites in Australasia, you''ll be part of a driven team using leading technologies to produce reputable brands.
