Additionally, we are a growing organization so team members who show the necessary initiative and willingness to learn will have the opportunity to earn additional opportunities to grow within the organization.Required Qualifications and Experience:Nationally recognized & accredited certification: CSCS / NASM / ACE / ISSA / ACSMFirst-Aid/CPR/AED Certification2+ years of Strength & Conditioning coaching experienceTimeliness, initiative, teamwork, and attention to detail are non-negotiableDrive to constantly improve and grow both personally and professionallyAbility to demonstrate high-quality exercise technique safely and effectivelyAbility to regress and progress exercises efficiently and effectivelyAbility to educate on training and injury preventionAbility to build and maintain relationships and communicate with both youth and adult athletesOutgoing, positive, and encouraging demeanorPart time availability to include mornings, evenings, and weekends; schedule is flexiblePreferred Qualifications & Experience:Degree from an accredited university (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, or related field)Familiar with the local community; existing relationships with schools, coaches, and sports teamsExperience in group, 1 on 1, small group, and team training settingsProficiency in performing and coaching the Olympic LiftsUnderstanding of nutrition and how it relates to trainingPrimary Responsibilities/ExpectationsFulfill daily/weekly coaching duties as assigned by the Head Coach or General ManagerProvide a consistent and high-quality training experience for all D1 AthletesHave in-depth knowledge of all D1 Training offeringsAssist in growth and maintenance of membership base by providing high-level trainingBe a D1 Training Ambassador by leading on and off-site trainingContribute to brand awareness through community events, seasonal programs, camps, and clinicsContribute to the creation of daily/weekly social media contentPossess conflict resolution skills and the ability to share constructive feedback with Athletes and parentsAssist with cleaning and maintenance of the training facility and equipmentAdhere to standard operating proceduresD1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly.
