Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation is seeking new team members to join their local team in the local Maroondah region. No experience is required, as long as you hold a disability qualification. If successful, you will be assisting those with a disability in the community and, in their homes, with their daily lifestyle and activities. We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community NDIS services We are recruiting for part-time Disability Support Worker roles, you will be offered a minimum of 15-hours (guaranteed), but can work up to 35 hours a week. Whilst you start your career as a Disability Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks, and as you progress you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more! What we are seeking: * Have a great attitude * Be reliable * Willingness to learn and work * Have or ability to obtain an NDIS Screening Check * Have a current VIC driver''s licence * Have a reliable, registered vehicle, with insurance; and * Have regular availability Shifts are available Monday to Sunday.
