As a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. Last week, you might have:Worked in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centresUtilized assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS fundingBuilt meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)Developed and implemented Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilizing positive behaviour support frameworksConducted Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)Collaborated within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challengesAttended weekly team meetings in the Hub; sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughsTapped into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy MentorWho We Are Looking ForAt Everyday Independence, our team thrives on shared values and collaboration.
