No experience is necessary. Full training and tools provided. We are a small business where you will be employed as part of a small team. You will be regarded as more than just an employee. Primarily providing Restoration services to commercial and residential properties after flood, fire, water, mould and storm damage; we are a niche business delivering a wide variety of services.We are looking for a crew member who has the following attributes:understand maintenance, cleaning & construction basicshave the empathy to interact with people in stressful conditionscarry out work on the toolsprovide mature leadership to small crewsextract water, install drying equipmentremove carpet and/or carpet steam cleaningmould and fire remediation - setting up containment, installing air filtration equipment, small structural strip out workshousehold contents restoration - packing out, cleaning and sorting, re-packinglaundry - washing and foldinguse ipad apps to create Inventory Reports, create on site Assessment Reportsliaise with clients and other industry professionalsWe are offeringimmediate startfull time - 38hours pw + some overtimeIICRC qualified traininginteresting and varied jobsstrong team environment and a positive work placeall tools of trade needed are supplied [vehicle, tablet, PPE etc]You will needSolid attention to detail and capacity to complete set tasks thoroughlyPhysically fit and energetic [lifting up to 20kgs]A can-do attitude, with a solutions driven personalityCurrent Qld Drivers licenseStrong written and verbal communication. Excellent verbal skills are essential.Ability to ensure jobs are assessed, scheduled and managed within budget and time specificationsConfidence and ability to deal with a diverse range of people and to have empathy in every situationAbility to travel throughout North Queensland for short Living Away From Home assignmentsLateral thinking and skillset to see tasks through to their completionThe nerve to manage competing deadlinesProfessional personal presentationAbility to passNational clients various security checks - including Queensland police checks.Basic computer literacy all works are driven by and reporting carried out using proprietary softwareCurrent White Card and ability to get Blue CardThe right to work in Australia and be prepared to undergo drug and alcohol testingApply in Confidence.
