We offer a safe and supportive environment where everyone can achieve their full potentialAbout The RoleThe Maintenance Spares - Store Person is responsible for the successful management and control of all store and maintenance spare parts and inventory activities within DON. This is a full-time Monday to Friday opportunity on day shift.Key Responsibilities include:Processing all inwards and outgoing parts deliveries.Processing new stock change requests.Completing all stocked parts stock takes twice per year.Completing weekly consumable stock takesCommunicating & collaborating with the maintenance teams around parts status.Following up with suppliers around parts information and repair status as required.Working as part of the stores and purchasing team and contributing to weekly toolbox discussions.Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy store environment.To be successful in this role you will need the following:Manual drivers licenceForklift licence (desirable, if you don''t have one full training will be provided)Good communication skills.Ability to work as part of a team.Data entry attention to detail.Basic computer skills including a basic level of Microsoft Suites.Proficiency in the Mex maintenance software.
