Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$40.00/hr - A$40.00/hr3-month contract, starting 7th July2 weeks of paid training providedFull-time, Monday to Friday | Onsite in BlackburnCompany:Dedicated to providing world-class, patient-focused mobile and emergency healthcare to the Victorian community, ensuring accessible care outside traditional hospital settings.Role:As an Accounts Receivable Customer Service Officer, you''ll play a key role in supporting our billing and debt resolution services within a busy call centre environment. You''ll handle customer enquiries, review billing disputes, and support service fee collections-all while delivering high-quality, empathetic service.Responsibilities:Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound callsDeliver excellent customer service and identify appropriate solutions for outstanding debtReview and assess individual customer circumstances to ensure accurate billingHandle accounts receivable and collections tasksManage a portfolio of customer accounts to support timely resolution of service feesRaise and follow up on billing or collection queriesPerform general administrative duties as requiredAbout you:Proven customer service experience, ideally in high-volume or call centre environmentsStrong communication skills - both verbal and writtenEmpathetic, calm under pressure, and able to think on your feetDetail-oriented with high accuracy and quality controlAble to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalismComfortable working independently and hitting performance targetsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Teams)Organised, adaptable, and proactiveThe Next Step:To apply for this role, it is essential that you have or willing to obtain a National Police Check.
