About the opportunityWe are seeking an Apprentice in Landscape Construction to join our team! If you love working outdoors and want to build real skills in landscaping, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, youll gain hands-on experience while learning from a supportive team and working toward your Certificate III in Landscape Construction. You will help create and maintain outdoor spaces across our community, including parks, playgrounds, gardens, sporting fields, and more. Every day will bring something different as you help shape and care for the places people love to enjoy.About youTo succeed in this role, you will have:Basic knowledge of horticulture, parks, and landscaping, and the ability to complete a Certificate III in Landscape ConstructionEffective verbal and written communication skills, along with sound literacy and numeracy skillsAbility to work effectively in a team, participate in group activities, and promote teamwork and cooperationWillingness to undertake training, learn new skills, and develop new work practicesHolder of or willingness to obtain within 3 months of commencement a Work Health and Safety General Construction Induction (White Card)Highly desirable: Current Provisional or Class C Drivers LicenceTo find out more about your next career opportunity, see the Position Description.Remuneration:Salary according to the Local Government (State) Award plus superannuation.Benefits:4-year temporary apprenticeshipFull-time 38 hours per week12% superannuation19-day month (RDO scheme)Supportive learning environmentPicturesque Hunter Valley locationWhat''s next?Applications for the 2026 LAUNCH program are now open!
