As a key member of our team, youll be responsible for managing a file load of Queensland workers compensation matters, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients through various stages of their claims process. Your role will include:Providing legal advice and support to clients in relation to WorkCover mattersDrafting Notice of Claim for Damages, other legal correspondence and documents.Obtaining claim evidence and statements to support client mattersAttending and representing clients at conferences, mediations, and court hearingsManaging and progressing files, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are metNegotiating settlements and assisting with dispute resolutionBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersStaying up to date with changes in legislation and legal cases affecting WorkCover claimsWhat We''re Looking ForWere seeking a solicitor who can confidently hit the ground running and is committed to securing the best possible outcomes for their clients.
