For our conferencing & events guests we have 6 modern function rooms available, accommodating up to 500 delegates.#BELIMITLESS #workyourwaywith Accor #weareheartistsJob DescriptionAbout the role:Casual role availableYou will be supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through food preparation and dishwashingBe responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipmentRecycling and removal of rubbishAssisting Chefs with food preparation as requiredAdhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.Follow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene, Food Safety and WHS requirements.QualificationsA bit about you:RoleYou may have previous experience in a similar fast paced environment.
