Disability Support Worker We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team. The preferred candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional support to individuals with disabilities. Requirements Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care and Disability) or above experience Preferred NDIS screening NDIS orientation module Current First Aid certification Fully insured vehicle Responsibilities Assistance with community access and transportation support Providing compassionate and tailored support to clients with disabilities Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility Implementing care plans and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and possess the necessary qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply.
