We embrace diversity in all its forms, and we look for curious individuals who thrive in an environment of change.To be considered for this role, you will ideally have the following experience and skills:Experience working in a manufacturing environment.Proven experience in a customer service positionBe self-motivated, action oriented and deliver results.Ability to cope under pressure.Exceptional organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.Professional communication, both oral and written, and ability to solve customer problems effectively and efficiently.Exceptional telephone skills and ability to build effective customer relationships.A positive, affable disposition & ability to work well in a team environment.Experience using multiple databases and intermediate Excel skills.High attention to detail, accuracy, and qualityInitial training will be provided, along with a competitive salary and benefits.
