Were looking for a hands-on legend who knows their way around a drill rig and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves.Smashing out accurate Longhole drilling to design spec using mechanised gear.Reading and following mine plans like a prodrilling to line, gradient, and profile with precision.Setting up and sorting out any issues on Longhole Drill rigsno dramas.Doing thorough pre-starts and making sure all gear is good to go and safe.Catching up with the Shift Boss and the previous crew to get the lowdown on the work area.About youAt least 3 years underground experience, with 12+ months on SANDVIK Production Longhole Drills.Someone who takes pride in doing a solid job, every time.A team player who backs their mates and pulls their weight.Safety-focused, always ticking the boxes and doing things by the book.Ready to work a 7:7 roster with 12-hour day and night shifts.At Evolution, as our name suggests, change and transformation is in our DNA.
