We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs, enhance employee performance, and foster an engaging learning environment onsite at our Robina office.What youll be doingAs a Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in the onboarding and ongoing development of our team members.Deliver Training: Lead engaging training sessions and workshops tailored to meet the needs of new hires and current employees.Monitor Performance: Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.Collaboration: Work closely with various functions to assess training needs and implement tailored programs.Reporting: Create and present detailed reports on training results, ensuring all stakeholders are informed on progress and outcomes.What we are looking for Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs. Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with trainees and stakeholders. A commitment to staying current with training best practices.
