Were seeking the best and brightest to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.Your Role:As a Drainage Maintenance Worker, youll provide support with the cleaning and maintenance of drainage systems throughout a capital city; operating a combination eductor and jetting truck with a fellow operator on gullies, manholes and gross pollutant traps; periodic maintenance of roads and footpaths; as well as provision of a high quality of customer service to internal and external customers. Reporting to the Team Leader Maintenance, youll be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Provide advice on areas of expertise to staff, clients, suppliers and the public and liaise with line management as required;Coordinate, set priorities and lead work groups;Install new drainage assets including manhole covers and gully grates with minimal supervision; andEnsure safe and compliant work practices in accordance with Western Australian Work Health and Safety legislation as well as the Citys safe systems of work.Who Were Looking For:A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
