A Day in the Life:Personal Care: Assisting with hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feeding.Domestic Assistance: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, light gardening, and home organisation.Social & Emotional Support: Facilitating connections through activities and technology.Transport: Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, and community events.Competitive Pay: $34.01/hr + 12% Super OR Casual Rate: $42.51 (inclusive of 25% Casual Loading)Perks: Salary packaging ($15,899) available for PPT + 99c/km travel reimbursement + meal/entertainment card + phone/tools providedSupport & Growth: Rostering/admin support, 9 weeks paid parental leave, and training & career development opportunitiesCert III/IV in Individual Support or Aged Care (with transcript)Experience in community or residential care, including domestic supportCurrent First Aid (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver''s licence + insured vehicleWilling to travel up to 45 - 60 mins to clientsFully COVID-19 vaccinated (highly desirable)Shifts between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (hours flexible) and have availability across weekdays, ideally three - five weekdays per week.Availability for alternating weekends is highly desirable but not mandatory.Successful applicants must complete a criminal history check and show proof of work rights in Australia.
