You will place the highest importance on food safety and hygiene with food preparation and presentation to ensure our Owners and guests have a memorable dining experience. You will also have the opportunity to assist our Executive Chef in menu creation.What Youll BringTo be considered for this great opportunity you will be able to demonstrate the following:2 years experience as a Cook or similar position, within a resort/hotel environmentThorough understanding of the principles of food safety and hygiene of food preparationInnovative and have passion for preparing high quality restaurant meals, with the ability to produce and create menusDisplay an open friendly manner and positive attitude and team spirit.Great attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise varying work demands and work loadDemonstrate ability to work unsupervised in a pressured environmentDisplay excellent people, communication and customer service skillsAbility to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, school and public holiday periodsHow Youll Be RewardedBuild your career with a value driven organisation that promotes continual growth and development for its people.
