This position is an opportunity to develop your skills and capability with little to no experience required and on-the-job training provided.Team Transport & Logistics are looking for an individual who is fresh to the industry and keen to learn the skills of a heavy vehicle operator. The individual we are seeking has recently attained a HR license but lacks hands-on experience transporting freight and is motivated to learn and grow.Our driver trainee program seeks to educate and upskill our drivers while giving them a variety of experience in transporting freight of many kinds including steel, timber, palletised freight, wide loads, and much more. With a dedicated driver trainer in our Team, we can provide the support to allow you to thrive in this new career and cover the costs of further licencing. With an in-demand specialised fleet, we aim to upskill you in this area also, facilitating the delivery of a high-risk work license (crane, dogman and/or fork tickets).
