We provide services at home and in the community and operate across four states as well as nationally via telehealth.Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Ipswich. You will deliver person-centred behaviour support to individuals with disability under the NDIS, working closely with participants and their support networks to create and implement evidence-based plans that promote wellbeing and independence.To be eligible for this role, you must hold a tertiary-level education and a PBS Core or Proficient registration with the NDIS Commission.
