It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.As theSenior Storeperson, you will be responsible for leading the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. You will be a hands-on team player who ensures our operations run smoothly, maintains high standards of stock control, and champions safety, accuracy, and exceptional service.This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for entertainment.A few of your responsibilitiesReceiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries; reporting damages or discrepanciesMaintaining accurate inventory registers and preparing regular stock movement reportsCompleting goods administration: checking quality, weight, pricing, and documentationManaging rotation and timely delivery of perishable itemsLiaising with the Operations Manager and Facilities to ensure optimal equipment performanceParticipating in shift briefings and effective handoversCompleting receipting and approval of invoices using Oracle and ConvergaSupporting team coordination and acting as a delegate for the Operations Manager when requiredEnsuring warehouse and dock access securityResponding to email queries and resolving delivery issuesConducting HACCP inspections and maintaining related documentationAdhering to safety and OHS standards as per Star Brisbane policiesrovide expert advice and practical solutions across compliance and risk mattersMonitor, report, and escalate issues to ensure regulatory obligations are metLead investigations and root cause analysis of non-compliance and near missesWhat we will be looking forSchool CertificateDemonstrated experience inSupply Chain AdministrationSound understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systemsKnowledge of Check SCM and Oracle procurement systems desirableStrong communication, organisation, and leadership skillsHigh attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work practicesAbout youWe are seeking individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same.
