Based preferably in Brisbane, this full-time role reports to our Project Manager and plays a key part in maintaining our venues across South East Queensland including sites from Logan to the Sunshine Coast.What We OfferFull-time position with flexible start and finish timesCompany vehicle, petrol card and all tools providedCVM perks including access to the Fitness Passport programSupportive and inclusive team environmentOpportunities to grow within a thriving and expanding organisationKey ResponsibilitiesPerform general building maintenance including plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and carpentryRespond to and manage maintenance requests using our internal reporting systemPrioritise and coordinate multiple tasks across various locationsMaintain a clean and professional work environment and appearanceBuild positive working relationships with venue teamsThis is a Brisbane-based role servicing sites from Logan to the Sunshine Coast. You will be provided with a fully equipped company vehicle and fuel card to support your travel between venues.About YouMinimum of two years experience in a maintenance or repairs roleCompetent with a range of hand and power tools (tools supplied)Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, outdoor work and regular travelStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skillsCurrent Blue Card or willingness to obtain one before commencementOur Commitment to Child SafetyCVM is dedicated to the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.
