You will ensure the services provided are in accordance with the approved sequence of service and established brand standardsSome Of The Responsibilities IncludePerform Beauty and Spa treatments and services including but not limited to; massage, facial, body treatments, waxing, manicures and pedicures. In a manner consistent with Park Club Health & Day Spas philosophies beauty from withinBuilding and maintaining relationships with your client base with a focus on repeat clienteleBeing familiar and knowledgeable in the products used with the ability to recommend products to clients in order to generate retail sales and reach targetsAssist the Park Club Health & Day Spa with reception assistance and general housekeeping dutiesDiploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalentPrevious experience in a spa environment with a confident ability to perform treatments such as; facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures and pedicuresA commitment to health and wellnessExceptional interpersonal and superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a teamA strong attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills and time management skillsThe ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five-star grooming standardsThe flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysJoin us at Hyatt and make travel more human.
